MEMBERSHIP TERMS 

By enrolling in a membership with Cicero Fitness Center, you agree to the terms outlined in this agreement. Memberships are billed on a subscription basis and renew automatically on the first of each month until canceled in accordance with this agreement.
 

FACILITY HOURS

Our standard hours of operation are:

Monday–Friday: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM

Saturday–Sunday: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM

We value member feedback and will consider adjusting hours based on member suggestions to better serve your needs.

ANNUAL FACILITY IMPROVEMENT FEE

Each membership is subject to a $39 annual facility improvement fee, billed on January 15th of each year. 100% of this fee will be reinvested directly into facility upgrades, new equipment, and member experience enhancements. Members will be given opportunities to submit suggestions on improvements they’d like to see.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Memberships may be canceled at any time with a 45-day written notice. During this notice period, membership dues will continue to be charged. Access to the facility will remain available until the cancellation takes effect.

PAYMENT & BILLING 

Monthly dues are automatically charged to the payment method on file on the first day of each month. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure billing information is accurate and up to date.

MEMBER RESPONSIBILITIES

Members are expected to:

• Respect all equipment and facilities.
• Clean and return equipment after use.
• Act in a courteous manner toward other members and staff.
• Comply with all gym rules and posted policies.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership.

LIABILITY WAIVER 

By agreeing, members acknowledge that use of gym equipment and participation in physical activity involves inherent risks. Cicero Fitness Center is not liable for injuries, accidents, or personal property loss occurring on the premises. Members participate at their own risk and are encouraged to consult with a physician before beginning any exercise program.

AGREEMENT & TERMS

By signing or by completing a membership purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all terms outlined in this Membership Agreement.
